How to play: You're John Payne on horseback. Move with Arrow keys / WASD
(or drag on the canvas). Line up behind an animal and press Space (or ROPE) to throw the
lariat. The moment you catch one, John starts reeling it in automatically — your job is to
watch the tension bar and ease off (let go of Space) before it maxes out, or the rope
snaps. Little calves you can just haul in; big bulls and Texas Longhorns you have to
pull-and-ease in rhythm. Can't land one? Hit Esc (Let Go) to cut it loose for free. It's
the whole One Arm Bandit stock — Longhorns, steers, bulls, mules and zebras; bigger and rarer pay
more. Spend cash in the Shop on a faster horse, longer lariat, and stronger rope. You get
10 lariats — break your 10th and the ride's over, pard.
On a phone:drag your thumb around the screen to move John and line up behind an
animal. Tap ROPE to throw the lariat; once you've caught one, hold the ROPE button down
to reel it in, and lift your thumb to ease the tension before the rope snaps. Tap
Let Go to cut loose an animal you can't land, and Shop to buy gear between catches.
